Facility Use Request 

The Pamlico County Historical Association (PCHA) encourages the proper use and enjoyment of our facilities. To reserve the Picnic Pavilion or Heritage Center Indoor Space an application must be submitted no earlier than six (6) months prior to the desired reservation date and no later than one week prior to the reservation date. Payment in full must be made at the time of the reservation. We accept Cash & Check.
